Jack's Story

Hello Everyone!
I entered Westie Rescue Missouri in December 2006 and my Foster Mom Stephanie took excellent care of me and got me in shape for my new home. She bathed me every 3 days, made me special food and gave me lots of medicine. It took 4 months to get me ready to go.

Then, my new family flew to pick me up. On the way home, I just slept in the back seat of the airplane like a great little dog. When I got home, there was one Jack Russell waiting on me. He was pretty nice but he doesn’t really know how to play so well. Luckily, my new Mom & Dad got me another Jack Russell to play with and now Petey (on the right in the picture below) is my best buddy. My new family bathes me every 2-3 weeks, gives me allergy shots and only feeds me special food, carrots, green beans and a few other veggies. I have hair all over my bum and tail now!! I am the cutest thing you’ve ever, ever seen!! My Mom had to send that picture of me standing on my Dad’s legs because she thinks that’s THE cutest picture of me.

THANK YOU Westie Rescue Missouri for finding me, taking great care of me and making sure my new family could help me out with my skin problems. I am now a very well-loved, happy and healthy dog!!!
