Adopt, Surrender, Report a Westie in Need

Morgan's Story

Morgan

Morgan has been awesome. It seems like my whole day is around him which I don't mind at all, right now he is snuggled up in his big fur ball bed. He has it rough. You wouldn't believe all the people that stop me and tell me how they love Westies. I also get a ton telling me how cute my dog is! He is much better about letting people pet him - I warn them that he is quirky and its up to them if they want to pet him).

He has not liked a couple of people, who knows why, and there is one dog in our building that he can't stand. Oh Well, you can't like everyone! He likes the people that matter.

He is my little shadow, and I just love him so much, I sing the praises of Westie Rescue every day as there is always someone asking about him. I continue to be more and more grateful to you all.

Tired Morgan
In the midst of the seasons worst storm
A wonderful relationship was about be born
We were ready to give the love that was due
To a West Highland Terrier rescue
Cracker Barrel parking lot is where we met
To pick up our new little lifelong pet
We weren't yet aware of what was to start
But this little guy was going to steal our hearts
He looks in our eyes and licks our noses
Our love for him just grows and grows
I never would have dreamt - not for a minute
How grand our life would be with our Morgan in it.
